Strength:

  • Fitness: 10 strict press + 10 ring rows + 100′ farmer walk for 15mins
  • CF: 10X2 Strict Press EMOM
  • Comp: 1 drop set of 20 push presses after the EMOM

WOD: 20min AMRAP

  • 5 HSPU + 10 Pull Ups + 15 Wall Balls + 20 KBS
  • Scaled: 5 diamond push ups = 5 HSPU.
  • Comp: Heavy bell and ball
