Ice Breaker Update

Spots are filling up for Rx and Scaled. It’s going well, and we are quite pleased with it. This is a great tune up for the CrossFit Open which will start a few weeks after this event. Here’s the important info:

  • Partner event: Male/Male or Female/Female. Rx and Scaled
  • WOD 1 was released.
  • WOD 1A is being released now
  • WOD 2 will be released on Thanksgiving day
  • WOD 3 will be released on the day after Christmas
  • Prizes to the top teams. Shirts and patch for those that register by 2/1/17

WOD 1A

Rx

  • Athlete 1 must clean an Atlas Stone over a bar for max reps in 1 minute. #175/115.
  • Athlete 2 has 3 chances to establish a maximum standing broad jump.

Scaled

  • Athlete 1 must clean an Atlas Stone over a bar for max reps in 1 minute. #95/50.
  • Athlete 2 has 3 chances to establish a maximum standing broad jump.

Open Gym at CrossFit Unbreakable is on Sunday from 11:00 to 1:00. Come visit, and we will teach you how to clean Atlas Stones. It’s a great time.
