  • Fitness: 16mins for quality: 10 strict press + 10 ring rows + 100′ farmers walk
  • CrossFit: 10X2 strict press EMOM
  • Competition: Added drop set of 20 push presses after the EMOM

WOD: There are 2

  • 7min AMRAP: 10 push presses #135/95 + 30 DU. Scale: 90 SU
  • 2min break
  • 8min plank series 0:45/0:15
