Fitness: 12minutes: 10 wide push ups + 10 KBS + 10 regular push ups + 10 KBS + 10 diamond push ups + 10 KBS

CrossFit: 4X8 bench press

Competition: 4X8 bench press. Pause for 2 seconds on the first two reps

WOD: 12min AMRAP. 15 wall balls + 15 banded push ups

Fitness/CrossFit: On your toes and with bands

Scaled: No bands.

Competition: Heavier ball
