Training

Strength:

Fitness. For 12 minutes. AMRAP

10 wide push ups + 10 KBS + 10 regular push ups + 10 KBS + 10 diamond push ups + 10 KBS.

CrossFit: 4X8 bench press

Competition: 4X8 bench press. 2 second pause for the first two reps

WOD:

Fitness/CrossFit: 3RFT: 400m run + 30 HRPU

Scaled: push ups to a box

Competition: Wear a vest
