  • Competition: Push Jerk

WOD: 6RFT

  • Fitness/CrossFit: 60 DU + 5 hang cleans #135/95
  • Scale: 180 SU or run 400M. Less weight for cleans.
  • Competitors: 3 C&J #185/135 for cleans
