Training

Strength:

Fitness: 15 mins. Row 300M + 100 SU + 1 min plank

CrossFit / Competition: 10min EMOM. 50′ Farmer Carry

WOD:

Fitness / CrossFit: 1 mile run buy-in. Then, 3RFT: 3 rope climbs + 15 tire flips

Scaled: 1 rope climb = 4 chin-ups.

Competition: Leg-less rope climbs
