This is a small aspect of CrossFit that has grown nationwide across the CrossFit community as well as the fitness industry. Both lifts encompass so many aspects of the 10 CrossFit modalities: strength, power, balance, agility, flexibility, coordination, and more. It’s no wonder that learning the two lifts can take months. Perfecting the two lifts can take a lifetime. Consequently we set aside two class sessions each week in order to focus on learning, improving, and executing the technique require to perform the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
