#2 Working really hard on muscle ups! I want to get to a place where I am comfortable stringing them together, big sets w a high heart rate & fatigued. We’ve spent SO much time on technique .. now we are working on volume.

#3 In my head I feel “TIGHT”, I am literally focusing on straight knees, tight kip, be a gymnast .. then I watch the video aaaaaaannd no 🙄 hahahha oh well, we’ll get there 💥💃🏼
